I’m planning a trip to Vancouver, what are a few of your favorite spots?
First off, I’m so excited you’re visiting Vancouver – it’s a gorgeous city with stunning ocean and mountain views! There are too many amazing spots to list; Faubourg is my favorite café – their macarons are to die for! Mink Chocolates is a must stop for the yummiest fondue in the city! I love Italian food; Italian Kitchen has the most delicious pasta and handmade pizzas and if you’re gluten free they’re happy to customize a dish for you!

Do you have a gluten allergy?
Yes, I’ve been gluten free for 2.5 years. After being really sick, I cut gluten out of my diet and haven’t looked back! All of the recipes I share on my blog are gluten free as I substitute regular flour with all purpose gluten free flour. The recipes are easily adapted to those who don’t eat a gluten free diet by simply using regular flour in place of gluten free flour; they can be substituted cup for cup.
