Fine Art Prints from Minted Art Print Post GoldRecently I’ve been busy with the redesign of my home office and one of the items in the design that I can’t seem to get enough of are fine art prints. I love gallery walls, they’re a beautiful way to display a lovely combination of artwork in your home. I’m pretty much obsessed with anything gold foil which is why I’ve gathered my favorite art prints from Minted’s new Art Marketplace! I was giddy when I saw their enormous selection of limited edition prints crafted by talented artists from around the world. I was already head over heels in love with Minted’s custom stationary and seasonal cards, I ordered my thank you cards for our wedding from Minted and received so many compliments from friends and family! I couldn’t resist putting together a second collection of my favorite fine art prints for a feminine gallery wall in shades of pink below! It would be perfect for a home office or baby girls room! Art Print Post PinkIf you’re unfamiliar with Minted, they’re a marketplace of independent artists and designers located around the world. Artists are invited to submit their work (illustration, paintings, textile designs and stationary) which are then featured in monthly design challenges where consumers are able to vote on their favorite designs. Winning designs are then available for purchase from Minted, which allows independent artists to gain exposure and grow their business. Artists and designers whose items win the challenges are able to create their own store on Minted, which showcases all of their work available for purchase.

Monochrome Fair Isle

Fairisle Scarf-2
My winter wardrobe can be summed up in one word: monochrome. I’ve talked before about my love for black and gray, most recently during my feature on Sarah Mulder Jewelry, but I think there’s something so effortless and chic about a woman in shades of black. In fact, I just bought a new blazer, floppy wool hat and suede flats, and you guessed it, they’re all black. I was drawn to this scarf, although not complete black, because of it’s cool fair isle print. Black and white is a classic combo and even though I don’t wear it as often as all black, it’s still one of my favourites.

Jillian Harris Design

At the end of the summer I had the pleasure of touring a gorgeous home that was designed and decorated by Jillian Harris. I absolutely loved the design of the home, it was light and airy with large windows that let in plenty of light (a must for me) and the finishings were simply gorgeous! From the enormous white kitchen to the beautiful master bedroom, I was smitten. It was wonderful to get a little inspiration from such a stunning home and translate a couple ideas to my own space. Although my apartment is small, I’m always looking to switch out old pieces and add a little glam wherever I can. My favorite pieces of funiture were the nightstands with pretty mirror detail; I’ve been searching for the perfect nightstands for a while and those immediately caught my eye!
